Strawberries and White Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients
6 Cups Rice Krispies Cereal
6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
12 ounces Large Marshmallows
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cups Freeze Dried Strawberries (Big Bag), lighted chopped into pieces
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
Directions
Line a 9x9 square baking dish with parchment paper and grease the paper with cookie spray.
Measure and set aside the Rice Krispies cereal.
In a large pan over medium low heat, add the butter and cook, stirring occasionally until the butter is melted.
Add marshmallows and salt, cook, stirring until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove from heat and then add the vanilla.
Pour the Rice Krispies into the mixture, and use a silicone spatula to fold everything together.
Fold in the strawberries and white chocolate chips, reserving a couple tablespoons of each for a garnish on top.
Transfer the combined mixture into the prepared dish, partially pat the mixture. Top with the remaining strawberries and white chocolate, and give a final press.
Put in the fridge for 20 minutes to set, and then remove from pan and cut and enjoy!
Notes
These are best ate the day they are made, but also okay the next day.
