S'mores Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 11.5 Ounce packages Milk Chocolate Chips

  • 1 Tablespoon Shortening

  • 5 Cups Golden GRahams Cereal

  • 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows

Directions

  • Melt chocolate chips in a double boilers with the shortening, until completely smooth.

  • Line a large baking sheet with waxed paper.

  • Spread 4 1/2 cups of cereal and marshmallows on baking sheet.

  • The remaining cereal, crush and set aside.

  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal and marshmallows.

  • Sprinkle with crushed cereal.

  • Chill for a few hours, then break apart.
