Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 2/3 Cups Whole or Butter Milk
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
2 Large Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda until evenly mixed.
Create a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Gently whisk until just combined, it’s okay if the batter is slightly lumpy.
Preheat your griddle or nonstick skillet over medium heat (about 350°F) until a droplet of water sizzles on contact.
Using a 1/2 cup measuring cup, pour the batter onto the hot griddle to form circles.
Cook until small bubbles appear and the edges begin to set, about 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown, another 1-2 minutes.
