Monster Cookies

1/2 Cup Butter

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 1/4 Cup AP Flour

3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Quick Oats

3/4 Cup M and M’s

1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1/4 Tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper

In a large bowl, cream Butter and all Sugars together

Mix in Peanut Butter, Egg and Vanilla in that order.

In a separate bowl, mix Baking Soda, Salt and Flour. Slowly mix this into the Butter mixture.

Fold in Oats, M and M’s and Chocolate Chips.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Roll balls of dough, about 2 Tbsp in size.

Press a few extra M&Ms on top of each cookie.

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Once done, slightly press down the baked cookies with the back of a spoon.

Cool cookies on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
