Monster Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup unsalted Butter
- 1/2 Cup light Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Quick Oats
- 3/4 Cup M and M's
- 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper
- In a large bowl, cream Butter and all Sugars together
- Mix in Peanut Butter, Egg and Vanilla in that order.
- In a separate bowl, mix Baking Soda, Salt and Flour. Slowly mix this into the Butter mixture.
- Fold in Oats, M and M's and Chocolate Chips.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll balls of dough, about 2 tablespoons in size.
- Press a few extra M&Ms on top of each cookie.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Once done, slightly press down the baked cookies with the back of a spoon.
- Cool cookies on baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
