Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs (or as many as you want)

Directions

  • Put the eggs in the bottom of a sauce pan.

  • Fill the pan with cold water, 1 inch above the eggs.

  • Bring to a rapid boil.

  • Boil for 13 minutes.

  • Remove from heat, and let sit for 30 minutes.

  • Drain water, put cold water in the sauce pan over the eggs.

  • Peel the eggs.
