Deviled Eggs
Servings:
12 eggs
Ingredients
6 Hard Boiled eggs, peeled and cut length-wise
1/4 Cup of Light Mayo
1/2 Tsp Dry Ground Mustard
1/2 Tsp White Vinegar
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Paprika to Garnish
Directions
Remove egg yolks into a small bowl and mash with a fork
Add Mayo, Mustard Powder, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper, then mix thoroughly.
Fill the empty egg whites with the mixture.
Garnish with paprika.
Notes
These can be made 1 day in advance if necessary, seal tightly.
