Deviled Eggs

Servings:

12 eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 Hard Boiled eggs, peeled and cut length-wise

  • 1/4 Cup Light Mayo

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Ground Mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon White Vinegar

  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • Paprika to garnish

Directions

  • Remove egg yolks into a small bowl and mash with a fork

  • Add Mayo, Mustard Powder, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper, then mix thoroughly.

  • Fill the empty egg whites with the mixture.

  • Garnish with paprika.

Notes

  • These can be made 1 day in advance if necessary, seal tightly.
