Chocolate Chip Cookies

About 4 Dozen Cookies
Ingredients
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup light or dark Brown Sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in flour mixture gradually.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Form balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
