Butter Cream Frosting
Ingredients
4 Stick unsalted Butter, room temperature
8 Cups confectioners Sugar, sifted
Large pinch of Salt
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
1 to 3 Tablespoons Whole Mile, as needed
Directions
Combine the butter, sugar and flavorings in the bowl of a stand mixer.
Using the paddle attachment, start mixing at low speed until the sugar in incorporated with the butter.
Increase the mixing speed to high, beat until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Notes
Adjust the consistently as you see fit with milk.
