Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 Stick unsalted Butter, room temperature

  • 8 Cups confectioners Sugar, sifted

  • Large pinch of Salt

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract

  • 1 to 3 Tablespoons Whole Mile, as needed

Directions

  • Combine the butter, sugar and flavorings in the bowl of a stand mixer.

  • Using the paddle attachment, start mixing at low speed until the sugar in incorporated with the butter.

  • Increase the mixing speed to high, beat until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Notes

  • Adjust the consistently as you see fit with milk.
